We know getting to grips with a new computer system can be tricky, so here at Music-pc.com we offer FREE telephone support for the first 30 days after receiving your machine, (0115 985 9500) very often by the engineer that personally built your computer. This will enable any initial queries and questions to be answered by someone who has an in depth knowledge of your actual computer system, meaning you get the best service available and don't have to endlessly explain your situation to a chain of people in a high-cost service call centre.

Of course our commitment to you doesn't end there. All our machines come with a full one-year back to base warranty (three year manufacturers warranty on many Monitors, Processors and Motherboards) so if your system develops a fault that we can't fix over the phone, we will collect the machine from you FREE OF CHARGE, sort it out, and get it back to you as soon as possible!

In addition we also have dedicated email support (support@music-pc.com) that we encourage customers to use any time after the initial 30-day period is up for the LIFETIME of the PC. However there is always an engineer only a phone call away to help you through any urgent issues and problems.
